Outlook on Lumia 930 forwarding and marking

Hi all,
I am new to WP. I set up my MS account and Outlook on WP but what I can not find is how to forward email with button like in Outlook on PC and how to mark them with a red flag?

Is this not supported or is it so hard to find?
