Outlook tile?

How can I get the Email tile to look like it does in this link-

Isn't that the default tile for Outlook / Hotmail?

Yeah it looks like the default icon. If you want it like that, I think you just have to make sure the email account isn't linked to other any other inboxes you might have.

Or if you are referring to the background image, then you will also need Windows Phone 8.1

It's not my picture,but thankfully I use the same app,it's Blue Skies.

I dont know,my email tile looks like the one in the picture that says "google mail 2" except theres more then 1 little envelope since i have different emails :/

That means your email accounts are linked. If you want it like that picture, then you will have to un-link them in settings.
