Panaroma not upto the mark

Hi Guys,
I am using Nokia Lumia 820, I checked the panaroma mode, I tried to take pictures using panaroma (nokia corp ltd) the picture taken are not stiched properly there are gaps or ups and down in the complete panaroma view; the picture seems to be distored when I watched it on PC the distortion are clearly visible,
Even I downloaded Photosynth app from store, which has more issues than the normal panaroma one. even the examples given in the Photosynth have many distosion if seen in depth.:unhappysweat:
ANy calibration or update need to be done????

[INFO][/INFO]One of the problem while taking panaroma image that I found that our hand is not steady and if images are taken at different angle it makes a problem in stiching and we get ups and downs in the images; I checked photosyth on IPHONE 4 the same issue is repeated.
