Partial Solution for "Other Storage"

First of all I feel your pain with the "other storage" getting bigger every single day, so once when I was surfing the store I found an app called "Shrink Storage", it free. What it does is filling up your storage then you restart your phone and u must tap on "clean storage" within the app and you'll see your "other storage" reduced

doesn't help bro. tried everything, Still have 3 GB in other.
