Passive Voice Activated Cortana on Lumia 830???

Now that Lumia 830 is out on AT&T, did anyone get a chance to test if it supports passive voice activation? Articles online seems to be contradictory. Some saying it requires SensorCore, which is present in SnapDragon 400, some mentioning it requires SnapDragon 8x and others mentioning the requirement of both. So, I guess the only way of testing it, is to have a actual hands-on. Has anybody been lucky on that to test it???

it doesn't have it.
Snapdragon 8xx has been the requirement, which the 830 does not have. Sorry.
