Does windows Phone 8.1 upgrade will have password Protection Lock for ?Text SMS? and ?Email Inbox?. Thanks

actually they can, i see no reason for metromail to not add a pass lock, if they want
also, there were rumors about open SMS APIs for third party apps.. so, again, like metromail, but for sms,.. can incorporate pin code if they wish

Thanks guys for the reply .But Microsoft should consider these important subjects like Password Protection Lock for “Text SMS” and “Email Inbox” while developing such a major upgrade like 8.1.

I can see similar post from last 6 months, but no positive reply from Microsoft .Don't why are they not doing it.
I hope Microsoft team are checking the windows phone 8.1 forum.

I mean they cannot do anything to provide password lock for the native mail and sms app.

I seem to remember that the KarmaSutra APP already has a password lock feature so looks like it was always possible.
