Pathetic Gaming Experience in Windows Phone as compared to Android

I rarely play games on phone, but it was very shocking to see windows phone performing pathetic in terms of gaming. I have checked 3 games on my Lumia 640 with Windows 8.1, RealSteelWRB, Shadow Fight 2, and recently Monster Truck Destruction. All the three games are running on slow motion. I tried the first two games on my Mum's Xiomi Redmi Note 4G and all these games are running very smoothly. I tried RealSteelWRB on another Lumia 640 but it is running inslow motion there as well. Why is it happening? The phone is running quite smooh and never hangs but he gaming performance is terrible.

I play Minecraft on my Lumia 640xl completely fine I play alot of games on windows phone and I have a 920,925,520,530. All of them work perfectly fine expect with the obvious hiccups on the lower end devices'
(all running the latest build on windows 10) to today which is 12/5

Some games are running really fine. But I'm shocked to see the gaming performance of these games. At first, I thought its the problem with a single game only, but I found three games which performs badly on my phone

I've had problems in the past with someone graphics heavy games on my 1520 when I installed the game to my memory card. When I reinstalled the games directly to my phone they played fine.
