I have: Quad core 3.8 GHz(without overclocking), 8gb ram, 400gb free storage space and AMD graphics card(1gb).

Couple of things. A 1GB graphics card doesn't necessarily mean it's powerful enough for decent to heavy gaming. A 512MB 8800GTS (6-7 years old) will easily beat a 2GB 720 in terms of raw performance. As mentioned above, you should actually mention what amd graphics model you've rather than the graphics memory. The 3.8GHz quad core sounds decent regardless of whether it's Intel or AMD and 8GB DDR3 should suffice too

That's a decent card. Now next question would be what kind of games do you like? (Racing, FPS, MMORPG, etc.)
