Ive recently built my girlfriend a pc out of my old parts since I made the swap to Intel just a couple weeks ago, I get everything put together and plugged in and all seems well until I turn it on and it doesnt display to monitor and the USB 3.0 ports on the motherboard and the case ports themselves dont work and im clueless as to why, any suggestions on what to do?

CPU - fx 8350
RAM - Corsair ddr3 (I think, cant remember for sure)
Mobo - MSI 970 Gaming
Cooler - Cryorig H7
Case - Thermaltake Versa h21
PSU - Rosewill Gaming 550 Watts
GPU - Radeon RX 460 4gb

Welcome to the forums. Did you get a POST sound? Did you make sure all the board standoff screws are accounted for?

Rereading your post....is anything getting any power?

Yeah everything is getting power, all the fans and mobo lights up. I just tried a friends old graphics card in it and it still doesnt display to the monitor
