It sounds like a password issue. On the phone try changing your Facebook password to a wrong password. When the login fails put in the right password and see if that helps.

Joe I had issues with my Facebook once when I had the option "connect over HTTPS" enabled on the Facebook site settings. Have a look in your account/privacy settings on Facebook and check that option isn't enabled

I'm not saying your password is incorrect. I am suggesting you change it on your phone to an incorrect one, try to connect, let it fail and then put the password back to the correct one.

same here....85FBE003 error.... just can use wifi update... doesn't know wt happen?!
https is off..still have error....

You may need to go into your Live account and disable the facebook connection and then re-enable it. Sometimes it gets screwed up and reauthorizing it fixes the issue.
