People only hear me when speaker is on | Lumia 1020

People cant hear me while calling, but when I enable Speaker they do hear me.. I can seem to find the solution.

I tried resetting and putting in a headphone. Both solutions didnt work.

Any idea what might cause this?

I have no idea. It could be that instead of a soft reset, you may need to do a hard reset. A soft reset is where you power off and on the phone. A hard reset restores the phone to factory condition from when you first purchased the phone. It will erase your data when you do this.

Is this an older phone that has recently started having issues? Or is it a new phone that has never behaved properly? If it's a new phone, it could be a hardware problem and you may want to exchange it.
