PFD or no?

Hi super buddies,

I just bought a used ATT NL1020 and was surprised it already has 8.1 update 1 on it. I'm guessing the last owner has it on PFD but is there a way to check (doesn't say it is in About, Extra Info, etc.)? Some inconsistencies like it's stuck on 14157 (PFD is newer now) and it already has the Denim update installed (didn't think fw was released with PFD). AFAIK, ATT hasn't released the update yet either... expecting quite a wait actually.

I thought AT&T has released the 8.1 update for all their phones. It doesn't have the same update as the developer preview, such as live folders and such. But it is still 8.1. As far as the extras and info, there was an article about that it would show Denim until a restart, after which it would show Cyan like it should. I know I had 8.1 after I reset my phone and before I enabled the preview.

Thanks for that man but nono, this is actually the 8.1 update 1 (not 8.1). And things from the update 1 like live folders and apps corner are installed. Accidentally creating an app folder was how I found out it was on update 1.

Does it not say you're on PFD somewhere in the OS at all?

Just updated Extras + Info (Dec 18) and restarted. After a reboot, still says Denim, Weird.

That it shows demin is a well known bug.
If the previous owner had PF and he did a hard reset you still have the PF version from that time.
If it was on PF and you also want it you have to register yourself because it is not anymore on the PF.
You could connect it to the Lumia software recovery tool (previous Nokia recover tool). This will tell you if there is a newer version. (just connect do not flash)
This tools shows the latest official firmware version. (no PF version)

But DEMIN is coming so you also can wait.

No the bug is not fixed not even with today's extra+info update.
