Phone arrived... with a bunch of scratches in the screen!

Ugh. I just can't win. Phone arrived today, and MS upgraded my to overnight shipping for free. Unfortunately I come to find after unpacking my phone, there's a bunch of tiny scratches on the screen. Anyone else seen this? Hopefully I can just go exchange in the MS Store on Friday, but so far this is a very frustrating start. Just looked at my 830 which has been thrown into just a random compartment into my backpack a bunch of times over the past year and only a single tiny scratch. This is rather unacceptable for a new phone...

P.s. No screen cover means scratches. Gorilla glass is just marketing for 'still scratches'.

I don't have scratch issue yet. The case is very poor quality. Creaking at least 3 different places.

I'm seeing the creaking on the back cover as well. happens whenever you press anywhere on the edges.

I know Gorilla Glass isn't scratch proof... it's just that it's unacceptable for it to come like that out of the box!

I just noticed a tiny scratch in my screen as well, at the right light or if the screen is off it's noticeable. I've been babying it too.

Thats why your phone always needs a screen protector. I could have gorilla glass 10 and I would still put a screen protector on my phone.

U need to ring Microsoft and kick off big time. They will obviously change it but they might offer u a discount.
