"phone charging slowly"

My Lumia Icon has just started displaying this message every time I plug it in to charge with the factory ac-60 charger that came with my phone. Are my phone or charger damaged?

I see that all the time. Seems a bit buggy. I'd ignore it.

The only time I don't see it is if I use the wireless charger, but plugged in, I see it most of the time

I got that message once since the denim update. I haven't seen it since that time though.
