Phone Clock off by 20 seconds

I've noticed after the change of clocks this past weekend that my phone clock is about 20 seconds slow. Does anyone else see the same? I use time.gov as the reference clock.

Ya I've noticed this as well on my phone. 8X GDR3 on telecom nz.

Same on my Verizon 8X. Off by about 20 seconds compared to my family's phones and my FiOS digital box.
