Phone doesn't wake up by a hand motion

After all recent updates my phone is practically not waking up anymore when moving a hand over it. Not sure if there is a setting for it. Is it?

If you wave your hand over the proximity sensor it will show the Glance screen.

Yeah I noticed this too. It does seem to work, but it requires a longer cover of the sensor. i.e. the sensitivity has dropped. Hopefully its just a bug. My setting is on 30 seconds
