phone don't turn on

Hello, my phone runs out of battery one hour ago, I connected the phone to the charger and now it just refuse to turn on again. I checked and the charger is fine, so what is the problem?

Just leave it plugged in for a while, sometimes it takes a while to power up once it goes flat

It almost 3 hours in the charger and I still cant power it on. Is it normal?

Now I woke up in the morning after it was charging all night, still nothimg.
