Phone freeze and Restart

hello everyone
I am looking for some help / or ideas
once I a couple of months the phone freeze and what I see is a black screen with only the top part (where the windows hello is) in blue
(my lock screen is the windows logo one)/
the phone then vibrate and gets a little bit hot until it restart it self.

since you've said once in a month, it might be that it was installing an update.
For better performance, do a soft reset once in a while if this random restarting happens again

A soft reset won't affect me apps and settings ?

soft reset is basically a restart of the phone - this is done by long pressing both vlume down and power buttons until the phone vibrates and restarts. This is not a factory reset
