phone is frozen please help!

Pulled the phone out of my pocket and the only thing showing is the Nokia logo and all the buttons are lit up.

Anyone know the WP8 soft reset.

Found it. Held the volume down and power for ten seconds or so until the phone rebooted.

Created a login just to say thank you. Just got this phone and it froze up on me and everything else I searched said to do a hard restart, which is like a nightmare considering I JUST got all my contacts, apps and other data loaded.

No problem about phone heat i use my phone 24 hours in interneting, charger always connected.
