Phone Location service

I have Android, Windows and a Iphone 5S . Is there a good Phone location App or service that will work on all 3 platforms.

If you are using AT&T they have a service with a monthly fee that will let you track all the phones on your account.

One thing I miss from iPhone is the Find My Friends app. I can still use it on my iPad, but would be nice to have access from my 1520.
