So i came across with a really bad thing i dont have enough space for app but i only have like 3 apps so i checked the memory and its shows that other is like 4 GB memory but the problem i dont know where i can find them those file is there any possible way to find them and delete them.

Are you saving a lot of MMS and contacts?
Plug the phone into a desktop to see what's in your camera roll, documents etc.

Do you have an SD card in the phone?
You can assign pics and videos to be saved on SD.

I'm not really sure but it says on phone memory that other have about 4 GB memory inside but in not sure what. And i dont need to save music or pics i need to save apps and i only have like 4-5

Are your apps all games?

Can you post a screenshot of your data under storage check?


I would try deleting browser IE cache
Old message text (conversations) that might still be there.
Then try a soft reset or reboot.

I have one game and two apps. I cant add the image because in using a phone

Try the "power button\down volume" long press to reboot and check after restarting.
