Phone Number Blocking on Windows Phone 8 [Black list/Reject list]

How can windows or Microsoft can miss out on something so important. Reject list or Black list feature which is not available on Windows phone 8 and also there is no app which provides this facility. Microsoft its a request if you are selling your phone in India then add this feature. Even feature less phones in India has this feature and you guys just don't have it. Also you are not allowing anyone to build it as the development code is not available. :unhappy::unhappy::unhappy::unhappy:

Which phone are you using?
This feature is available on Nokia Lumia range with Amber.
Settings-> call + sms filter

My workaround for this was to make a contact with a silent ringtone named blocked. I add any numbers I don't want calling me to this. Works until I get amber. Hopefully today
