phone or calling app problem

My 950XL developed a really weird bug. When I tap the phone app icon, instead of opening the phone app, it takes me to the store. Same happens if I tap the phone app in the menu.

So basically I cannot call anyone that is not in my phonebook. I also cannot see missed calls, call history etc.

Any ideas beside resetting to default settings?

This might sound silly, but have you tried a soft reset? You can see how to do that here.

Yes, I have tried that but it doesn't help..

Did a hard reset, now it's back to normal.
