Phone stuck in Camera Loop

Today randomly the phone is in a random loop where it wants to launch the camera then it finally just reboots and starts over again. I have performed a reset took out the battery uninstalled gestures. I am running current OS not 10 technical preview.

That's odd. Try installing the Lumia camera from the Store app.
