Phone Stuck on insider 10586.29 Slow.Need help.

Hi everyone I finally got my brilliant Lumia 640 LTE back from the Nokia repair shop about 3 days ago.
I tried to update to the latest software,But It says up to date and I'm running 10586.29.
What should I do?

reinstall or update your insider app and select the release ring. If that doesnt work, go back to 8.1 and then to 10, youll start with 107 then go to 164
