Howdy,

On my lumia 950 I can open any app (store page) in de windows store, however when I try to open any game in de windows store it gives me the error 0x00000194 (page could not be loaded). I already tried to sign in and out of the Store and restarting the phone. How to solve this?

1) have you updated the Store app?

2) Are you connected via Wifi or mobile data?

I ask, as the new version of the store (after it got rebranded - to Microsoft Store from "Store) relies on a very constant and reliable connection otherwise it throws errors and crashes.

It also won't load if there is no internet connection detected, I have been playing around with a 950 XL that I got a few days ago and that is what I have noticed. The store does not load on WiFi signal that is just about 1 bar of signal (I cannot attest how it behaves with a low mobile signal as I have not put my sim inside the 950 XL).

This means anyone tries to set up the store without a mobile data connection, you won't be able to do so let alone turn off update automatically via Wifi. As it is set to download App updates automatically via WiFi - on a limited WiFi connection it could eat up vast chunks of the data allowance if you do not have a mobile data connection.

I'm getting the same error. Only when I select a game, I don't get this error when selecting an app. The store updated yesterday.

, thanks for the quick reply. It is called Microsoft Store on the phone. I tried mobile data (/wifi off) too but got the same error, however I am not sure if my mobile data is fast. What I find really strange is that it only doesn't work with games and very consistently. As if it wants to check something (perhaps if gpu is supported or such?) and it fails. I am going to try it a few more times very close to the wifi router where the signal is best here.

I've attached a screenshot
, exactly the same error idd.

I pressed the Report This button and there are multiple reports all very recent. Could be something like a bug that hopefully will be resolved soon.

Let us know how you got on, I'll check on my L950XL and see if I can replicate your issue.

, okay this is quite weird, I get the same error on my pc (windows 10 64 bit, 1803). Perhaps the Store does not like my router / connection or something like that? But than again why do normal apps and movies show properly? This is such a weird bug xD.

Should also mention that some time ago (few weeks perhaps, can't remember exactly when) I could succesfully download some games on the phone. So the problem seems to come from a recent Store update.

I just tried it on my pc and got the same error. I've read posts on Reddit and they're pretty recent too. Hope this gets fixed soon
