Phone won't start after 14291 Insider update

Last night I installed Windows 10 mobile build 14291 on my lumia 730, and it hasn't started yet.
It's been more than 12 hours and I've tried restarts and hard resets, but the phone won't start. It gets stuck on either 'Nokia' or the Windows logo.

Should I use the recovery or if there any other way?
Anyone having the same issue?

what other way could there be, use WDRT and roll back to 8.1 then upgrade back to build .164.

most likely your 730 wont be detected by WDRT if so use my device was not detected option

to be safe in future and not to fall in the same mess like this time, do wait a while after the release the preview build to check on what are the bugs and glitches users are facing with it , and then decide
