phone wont take screenshot

I have a Lumia 735 with the latest insider 10 and I'm not able to take a screenshot. Does anyone know of a fix or am I looking at a hard reset

Do you possibly have it set to go to the SD that bad?

I don't have a SD card in it right now. I did have but it was acting up so I removed it about a week ago.

Just keeping this thread alive in the hope that someone might have a solution to my problem. Also noticed file explorer wont open wondering if the two problems are related

I briefly had the same problem on a Lumia 930 running WP8.1, so it may not be specific to W10m. I think it was on the day after Christmas, but it is gone now. I was in the theater waiting for Star Wars to start so I was a little distracted and forgot to follow up
If I notice it again I'll certainly check back.

p.s. Is that a '73 in your pic? The 1970 Mach 1 is probably my all-time favorite car. Someday...

its a 1971 Mach. I really liked that car. As most of us would probably say if I could only go back in time and not sell it. I think Ill do a hard reset sometime and see if that fixes it. Ill post what the hard reset does when I do it.

Hard reset and if that doesn't work then try formatting your SD (if you have one)
