phones internal memory

I have a lumia 620 and , when I switch on wifi the internal memory actually decreases , I had 500 mb free I used youtube , facebook , wpcentral app then the memory decreased to 699 kbs,and what does app data means the memory of my onedrive app is also 12mb but app data is 412 mb , how? Am I only facing this problem? Please help

That is weird? Try soft reset?

Yeah I always do that also done hard reset ,also clear the temporary files but nope - directly I cannot use wifi on my phone please help anyone
