Photo app to remove white background from image

Ive been unsuccessful in finding a photo app that will let me remove the white background of an image. Does anybody know of one? Thank you!

what white background are you talking about. use nokia creative studio and then apply colour pop feature

I'm talking about the white background of a clipart or something like that. When all I want is the art itself without any background. I'm gonna give that a try tho. Maybe it will work for what I need.

i think he meant the image lost transparency if you open the image in WP

You'd need a program that can save images as .gif or .png, as .jpg does not support transparent backgrounds. I'm not sure if there are any on WP.
