Photos Taken from Lumia 925 Not clear

Hello guys,
i am using Nokia Lumia 925 i love to take photos but when i take photos outdoor with MF its great but when indoor with MF or Without MF or at night it doesn't clear the noise is the very high they are not sharp & clear.
i am using Nokia Camera for photos.
can any one help me??
