Physical Difference between RM-820 and RM-821?

Is there a physical difference between the RM-820 and RM-821 around LTE capabilities or are LTE frequencies dependent on the firmware? What I'm thinking of doing is re-flashing my RM-821 so I can use it in Canada (ie AWS 1700/2100), but I'm wondering if that will work.
