Picture Messages

It seems I am having problems getting picture message. I have my data on and I have tried putting my phone on wi-fi also but every time I click on get message it just shows getting message and nothing happens. Tried turning off the phone back on and do not know what else to do. Had this problem multiple times. Any help? thanks Lumia 920

perhaps your carrier made a mistake and took that feature off your service?
