Well, people did fresh setups, restore form older phones and I did a restore from a brand new 950 I got a week earlier and I have it as well. Very inconsistent. Hope for a fix soon since that is the only thing bugging me now. Not ready for a hard reset just to see if it solves it.

Weird. My hard reset did NOT fix this issue. I had previously restored from a 1520 not knowing this was a huge mistake. Quickly found the phone unusable and hard reset yesterday. Unfortunately, emails still not downloading images for me. Guess I'm the unlucky one.

I can confirm a factory reset worked for me as well, I was uncertain if restoring from a backup would cause the issue to resurface but thankfully it worked even with using a backup

Having to reset a damn phone to fix an issue that we should nit have is absurd and shows the complete lack of respect that MS has for the last few users they have on WM 10. This is 1 of several issues we are all having w WM 10 in our new handsets. They need to get their act together asap. My patience is almost gone.

Yeah I hope a future build or update for the mail app will fix this, I'm not hard resetting my phone after finally setting everything up...

Hard reset did not work for me.

Hard reset + restore from backup fixed the problem for me. Not the ideal solution, but better than nothing (or waiting for updates from MS)

After reading thread I too did the reset and it worked. Phone works a lil bit better now...
