Pin Problem

Hey guys. So I know my Pin number to get into my phone. The problem is the top row of the keypad seems to not be responsive. The 1-2-3 does not want to be pressed. It would make sense if that spot in the screen was dead, but it is not dead in anything else. I need the 1-2-3 line to enter in my pin. Any help?

That's strange. If you are locked out, how do you know that spot is not really dead? Can you restart your phone somehow? Maybe it is just some temporary bug?
