Pin Song (mp3) to Start Screen?

I cannot find any way to pin a song on my device from groove or from the file explorer to the start screen. The interwebs haven't helped either.

Any ideas?

Aha, thank you! This is a trick I'm going to try to get rid of telemarketers. The "song" is the number disconnected DTMF sound.
