Pin to start screen

One of the most important features in Windows phone for me is the ability to pin certain things to the home screen. I pin pages from one note for my current project or certain lists in Wunderlist etc. Which os has the ability to best duplicate these pinned items. I don't need live tiles I just need a active way to keep my phone organized with my most important items and arrange them as I prefer.
