Place to report FAKE/FRAUDULENT apps?

There is an app, on the main page of the Windows 8 Windows Store, under New & Rising that is called GoogleChrome for PC. It is 1.99 and all it is is a link to download chrome desktop version. People have reviewed it saying it's fake, but at this point there should be a link or website to report directly to Microsoft these fake fraudulent apps.

It's kind of embarrassing that this app made it to the front page of their app store, but to avoid further public embarrassment for the company, I'm wondering if there's a designated place to report these types of apps meant only to steal money from Microsoft's customers?

There is an option called Report concern on every app's Details page.. You can use that.. I'll report it too..
