Planing to buy a Surface, need some help

I am planning to buy a surface pro 3 or a surface pro 4. My usage is going to be basic, using apps and browsers with some Photoshop stuff. But I am also interested in working with Project Spark which I hope requires more graphic power. Can a surface pro 3 be able to do the job or should I go for a surface pro 4.. No Idea of buying a Surface book at any cost. So please help me on which shall I bet my money on.

I'm guessing a surface pro 3 will do, but here are som of the things that are better with a pro 4:

* better battery
* login With Windows Hello
* lighter
* thinner
* better screen resolution
* new PixelSense display is optimized for less stylus latency and better palm detection when drawing
