Hello to all I cant access my play store in my windows 525...it is showing that...there is problem in completng your request...and the error code is 805a8011...can any one help me???

Try going to Settings -> email+accounts -> tap and hold on Microsoft account -> syncronize

That may help. The other option may be a hard reset which you probably don't want to do.

Make sure your date and time are correct as well.

This error code also indicates Low Storage. So check with storage sense how much free space you still have.
