is this on a pc or mobile? And using the groove app?
In the groove music app, you can play all songs found in the library. Select the 3 lines on the top left > songs > shuffle all or just play them from there

Tap on hamburger icon on top left corner, then tap Songs...

Tap on ' 🎵 Songs' in groove music app.

* Mobile 📱 tip- if you are using Mobile then Copy your all songs to 'Music' folder.

-PC 💻 tip:- Go to groove Settings, choose your music directly(something like that ), choose folders to add in groove library 📚.
