Playlist will not Sync from Win10 to Xbox One through Onedrive

I have created several playlists through Groove Music and have the Onedrive setup to store the music as well. I was assuming this would store the playlists as well? I am wondering if there is anyway to get the playlists from my Groovemusic on PC (win 10 Pro) onto my Xbox One Groove Music? I have the Music Pass and I do not want to rebuild my playlist files all over again.
