Is there any way to create a playlist in the phone without connecting to pc?????n does anyones know when the feature will be implemented????

At the present time, no. I don't think anyone would know if and when this feature would be added at this time.

Go to songs. Use the select check boxes to pick your songs. Add to now playing. Save as a playlist.
