Playlists appear 10 times

I have a problem with my Groove Music App on Win 10. For some reasons all my playlists show up very often (10 - 12 times). I have no clue why. I think something went wrong when Groove Music was scanning for my music on my HDDs? Also for every MP3 Album he found he made a playlist entry (10 times) so it's a hell to scroll down my playlists until I find the one I am looking for

Since I have to click each and everyone to delete them I was wondering if there is an easier fix to the solution?
