comes up my username or password does not seem to be working...also trying to update the software and it says i got no space available i have an sd card in which is close to empty

Apps don't get installed in SD Cards. So if you have less space in your internal memory, that could be the problem. Secondly for the username/password thing, try to re-enter and sync your Microsoft account password in Settings->emails+accounts.

Have you added 2-step verification? In that case you have to generate the app password from here: https://account.live.com/proofs/AppPassword
