Use the Nokia software recovery tool, you can use it to download the firmware and flash it

Are you in the US on AT&T? If so, wonder if they are in the process of updating the download to Cyan?

You can use any product code as long as it is for the same RM-XXX. To be safe, make sure it is meant for the country you are using the phone in.
