Please help me out with the MobilePhone USB.

I have a project coming up, and for that I keep researching all the time on my laptop, and download any information that I can have. But, I do not have enough time to go through every bit of information, so what I do is transfer the same in phone and read while I commute (which apparently takes 2-3 hours). Now, the problem is that, sometimes the data is so big that my phone can't download it completely, so I have to struggle with the incomplete data. Someone suggested me Kingston's DataTraveler microDuo 3.0,it's a flash drive that has an USB OTG feature in it, which would allow me to insert my flash drive even in my phone and I can read my material without actually downloading it to my phone. It sounds good but I am not sure, if its actually good, would someone please give me some input on it?

Windows phone does not support USB OTG , which device do you have ?
