Please help my Lumia 1320 isn't turning on

Yesterday I suggested 1320 for my friend, the problem Is that isn't starting, just Nokia logo!!!
Please help

I would suggest the Nokia recovery software!

Try holding the volume down, power and camera button all at once for 20 seconds.
