Please help with Find My Phone

I believe I left my phone today in the locker at the gym. Nobody turned it in and I figure someone pocketed it. I have had the Nokia Lumia 520 phone almost two months, have a Microsoft Account and had Find My Phone enabled on the phone. When I go to the Windows Phone page and sign into my account, I click the My Phone dropdown list, click Find My Phone but the screen I'm seeing is no help. It just says My Windows Phone has a map of what is evidently Seattle. I'm pretty sure my phone is not in Seattle! The phone was on and had a pretty good charge. Unless turned off, it should be findable if it's near AT&T coverage at all. Please help me find my phone! Thanks...

PS The instructions at Windows Phone indicate I can Lock, Erase, ... but I don't see those things, nor an offer to keep trying, like they say they do.

I found my phone! However, I'd still like to be able to use Find My Phone. I tried it a few times over the last week or two, you know, just a "what if" scenario. The phone is black, easy to not see, ya know? But Find My Phone is just not working for me. Why? I don't see that stuff on the page:

Refresh
Lock
Erase

none of that stuff.... I have a Windows Phone account, bought a couple of apps using it. It accepts my sign in, the feature is activated in Windows Phone, what am I missing? Thanks for help.
