Please tell me the how i can connect my microsoft band with lumia 950xl

I m unable to connect my lumia 950xl with microsoft band.because of app needed'MICROSOFT BAND ' for pairing with lumia but this is not avilable on window 10 app store ...it is avilable on window 8.1 store.
